Lychee martini recipe

The lychee, a sweet tropical fruit, is an excellent addition to the martini. This cocktail consists of vodka and dry vermouth, sweetened with lychee juice and shaken with ice until it is delightfully chilled. Each drink is finished with a garnish of lychee fruits. This is a great cocktail when you crave something sweeter than the traditional martini. Although fresh lychee fruits are available in some supermarkets, you must purchase the canned version of this delicious juice.


  • Ice
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1-ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/3 cup lychee juice, reserved from a can
  • One can lychee fruit


  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Mix vodka, vermouth, and lychee juice in a shaker. Mix well. Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish each glass with a lychee-fruit garnish.
