Two of the ingredients in my spinach-artichoke dip are likely familiar to you, while the third is a creamy base. Most recipes have a base made up of cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and various shredded kinds of cheese. Instead of trying to find all the ingredients, I chose Boursin: Garlic & Fine Herbs seasoned Gournay Cheese. It has the perfect creamy, melty base and all the flavor you need to make a delicious spinach-artichoke dip.

This recipe is perfect for anyone who wants a dip right away. After opening the cheese package, all you need to do now is to roughly chop some artichoke hearts and place frozen spinach in a bowl. After you have set the frozen spinach chopped in a bowl, heat it for 45 seconds. Once it is done, check it. Please give it a stir and microwave it for 30 seconds more. Continue this process until the spinach is thawed. The spinach water should remain in the bowl. Mixing the Boursin with this liquid will help it become more fluid. The Boursin could become too thick after cooling down without the water. The whole hunk of Boursin should be added to the spinach bowl. Mix it well in a bowl.

This is the whole recipe. Although it seems simple and doesn’t need any other ingredients, it is delicious with only these three ingredients. It is essential not to complicate things. After you taste it, you’ll understand. This recipe serves four people. You can double, triple, or quadruple it to suit your needs. The leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to five days.
